Construction activities include a new gravity sewer extension, pump station, and Forcemain, and therefore requires approval by NCDEQ. The proposed sewer facilities will initially serve a separately -developed furniture distribution, call center and retail facility, which generates the flow requested within this application. We are hereby applying for a "Fast Track" review process; with an initial flow request of 3,575 GPD (or 0.0036 MGD) and a built -out pump station design based on 189,000 GPD for a future developing basin area.
