To Whom it may concern,
Louisiana Pacific Corp. Roaring River Permit number WQ0000461 request approval to store
bulk residuals for an additional 6o days at 1539 Swan Creek Road Hamptonville, NC 27020. On
January 28, 202o LP began storing Class A bulk residuals in a concrete lined silo at this location
due to consistent rain events. Each end of the silo contains a lime berm at a depth of ten feet
that closes off each end of the silo.
A copy of the Permit, Spill Prevention Plan, and Operation and Maintenance Plan are attached
to our rain gauge at the silo. Daily inspections are conducted each day by the ORC or the backup
ORC to confirm that there is no leachate runoff. Please contact me if anyone has any questions.
