wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity

treatment plant under nonnal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to

able to draft this permit. The applicant will also need to verify the changes to the application.
• The lat/long provided in the application, is actually for somewhere in Pennsylvania. Please revise
• Section V1.6. was not completed.
• Section IX.3. is marked "N/A" However, the site is located in the Neuse river basin, therefore streams depicted
on the topographic map on the site are subject to the Neuse River riparian buffer regulations. Please revise.
• Section IX. 6 is marked "N/A" for high priority lines, please either indicated yes or no for this question.
Please note that incomplete applications increase review time, require that we send requests for additional information,
