The applicant will also need to verify the changes to the application. • The lat/long provided in the application, is actually for somewhere in Pennsylvania. Please revise • Section V1.6. was not completed. • Section IX.3. is marked "N/A" However, the site is located in the Neuse river basin, therefore streams depicted on the topographic map on the site are subject to the Neuse River riparian buffer regulations. Please revise. • Section IX. 6 is marked "N/A" for high priority lines, please either indicated yes or no for this question. Please note that incomplete applications increase review time, require that we send requests for additional information, and delay the issuance of permits.
