The revised BUA sheet looks fine. The original approval has BUA listed as 43,529 sq•ft, the updated BUA is
43,530 sq•ft. I don't really see the need to change anything regarding SW conditions on the previous approval.

Please see attached for our revised submittal for the Boone Storage project we submitted last March. The owner revised
his plans and went with a single story building. The building footprint increased so we decreased the parking footprint to
maintain the same disturbed area and stormwater treatment. Please see attached for the revised plans and calc packet.
