Monitoring Violation — Chlorine Total Residual
Dear Mr. Basinger,
We are in receipt of the above -mentioned monitoring violation and respond as follows;
The Bradfield Farms wastewater treatment plant uses ultraviolet disinfection methods and is therefore
not required to test for total chlorine residuals as stated in footnote # 3 of the permit. We request that
this monitoring violation be rescinded.
