Some site clearing and installation of ponds occurred within the site and the USACE issued a notice of violation for unauthorized wetland impacts. Impacts on site were either restored or authorized and the violation has been resolved. Adjacent land use is mostly undeveloped and forested land. The site to the west has been cleared and is currently being developed. Some commercial development exists to the southeast, off of Hwy 211. 4b. Wetland impacts are needed to construct the road. 4i. The wetland crossing will contain 4 36" culverts to maintain flow. Fleadwalls will be used to minimize impacts. LMG has been working with Mickey Sugg at the USACE to accurately delineate the wetlands and the proposed impacts within the property and this violation has been resolved. 5d1.
