Inspection Summary:
I visited the site expecting significant improvement and yet I left dissappointed once again. After my last visit I had been
submitted operating house keeping SOP's which had been produced for the site. I also received operating photos which had
been submitted to Tisha Cochran, Compliance Specialist [phone] by Dyke Hatch, Site Manager [phone].
Following today's visit as recommended by Mr. Hatch, I contacted Ms. Cochran on June 22, 2016, to determine how long
the operation would be at the present location and was informed that it may be 2 years before the operation may relocate to
the planned new larger facility near Farmville. Since my first site visit, I had been under the impression that the operation
would only be at the present location for a short time.
It is my recommendation that your No Exposure Certification be denied and that an application for Industrial SW NPDES
permit coverage be obtained.
Please complete the NOI and submit for permit coverage within 30 days. The form may be found by following this link:
