A sample was not collected during a measurable storm event because the events occurred predominately during evening hours. There were other storm events that we failed to meet the 30 minute GRAB sampling requirement. We have not previously missed a Stormwater sampling at this facility. The collected samples were analyzed for the parameters identified in Table 3 and the samples were collected in accordance to the time period specified in Table 2 of Section B of the general permit and according to monitoring requirements of Part III.D. Pursuant to the requirements contained in Part III.E., Reporting Requirements, please find enclosed the original and one copy of the signed stormwater discharge outfall monitoring report. The Roxboro facility received the analytical results from the laboratory on June 2, 2016, and as required by the permit, we are submitting the monitoring report within 30 days of the facility receiving the sampling results. All results were below the benchmark values in Table 3. Furthermore, pursuant to Part III Section B.S.b. of the Stormwater permit, please be advised that Allen Humpherys, as Plant Manager of the Roxboro facility, has been granted signatory authority responsibility for the facility by a corporate officer.
