Per the request, I am confirming that Mr. Byrd has contacted me to assist him with the required sampling and preparation of the SPPP. The deadlines for these two items are that the first monitoring be conducted by the end ol'June and also that a SPPP be developed and implemented within 60 days of receipt of the letter. The facility has not developed and implemented a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) within 12 months of the effective date of the initial Certificate of Coverage issued (February 3, 2012). This is in violation of Part II Section A of the General Permit. You must develop and implement a SPPP within 60 days of receipt of this letter. 3. The facility has not conducted qualitative and analytical monitoring as required by the General Permit. This is in violation of Part II Section B and C of the General Permit. First qualitative and analytical monitoring must be conducted by the end of June 2013. 4. One potential stormwater discharge point was identified during the inspection (in the middle of the fence on the east side of the salvage yard. Please have a consultant/engineer fully evaluate all stormwater discharge outfalls. Please respond in writing to RRO within 30 days of receipt of this letter regarding Items 2 and 3.
