As you are aware, our Environmental representative retired the middle of last year. After attempting to hire from the outside failed to provide us with someone to handle this very important program, Mr. Gary Ward has appointed me as the new Environmental Coordinator for Regional Materials Recovery Inc. I was in turn handed the inspection review letter dated May 28`h, 2013 just the other day and see we have already passed the 30 day period given to respond and I do apologize for this. I am currently reviewing the findings of your visit and have already started with making plan revisions. I have contacted the company that assisted RMR in producing our Storm Water Plan and they are going to be making a site visit here by the first week in August. The company, Environmental Services, Inc. out of Raleigh, NC will be reviewing and revising our current site plan among other things. I also see we are behind on our qualitative and analytical monitoring as well as training and I will be addressing these issues over the next few weeks. I would appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope that you could possible grant Regional Materials Recovery, Inc. of Rocky Mount with more time to comply with the needed requirements. I can be reached by cell phone at 2S2-883-1276 or by e-mail at mculpepper@rmrnc.com.
