Facility requested representative outfall status but did not hear from Raleigh. They have been monitoring outfall 003 as the representative sample. Due to resource constraints, the Division has been unable to adequately consider appropriate modifications to the permit. Therefore, the permit has been reissued without changes from the previous permit, so all conditions remain the same. The permit term for the reissued permit is two years, expiring on September 30, 2008. The general permit may be modified and reissued prior to its expiration. The permit is reissued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143- 215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between the state of North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, dated December 6, 1983.
