From: Robert Patterson <Robert.Patterson@ncmail.net> Date: Mon-, 02 Jul 2007 15:55:46 -0400 To: Al Hodge <AI.Hodge@ncmail.net> Al, I'm new in the office here in Raleigh. Please see permit application attached. We have received an application for coverage under NCG19 (marinas) from John Deaton of Deaton Yacht Service, Inc. The facility drains to Whittaker Creek (SA, HOW, NSW) in Oriental (Pamlico County). The facility is a small quantity generator. Does the Washington Regional Office have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC for this general permit, and are there any potential impacts to wetlands? Thanks, Robert D.
