On October 29, 2012, the Division of Water Quality received your request to rescind your coverage under
Certificate of Coverage Number NCG 180183. In accordance with your request, Certificate of Coverage
Number NCG180183 is rescinded effective immediately.
Based on communications with Tim Fox of the Asheville Regional Office of DENR, the stormwater
permitting coverage for the facility at your 950 Riverside Drive property will now be included under the
permit coverage (NCG050238) for the 900 Riverside Drive property.
