Columbus County Dear Ms. Marsha Sumner Reference is made to your recent request for rescission of coverage under the subject NPDES General Permit. ]it your letter received on 1 /16/2007, you stated that you no longer own the referenced property. In accordance with your request, NPDES General Permit NCG 180037-expired is rescinded, effective immediately.
