On May 29, 2013 Cheng Zhang attempted to conduct a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) of
Harriet & Henderson Yarn located at Main Street, Henderson, NC. The textile mill industry was closed
and no more textile mill industrial activities are being conducted at the facility. The buildings at the
facility were being demolished at the time of inspection. Therefore, please complete the enclosed
Rescission Request Form. Mailing instructions are listed on the bottom of the form. Once your request
has been received you will be notified upon completion of the permit rescission review and decision.
