Jeffery Kelly Johnson wrote: Jeff, We have received an application for coverage under NCG16 from Rose Brothers Paving Company for their facility, Staton Mill Asphalt Plant, in Pitt County. This facility drains to an unnamed tributary of Grindle Creek which is classified as C, NSW. Does the Washington Regional Office have any concerns about the issuance of this permit? If not, I will issue it in 30 days.
