Hi Cory,
I checked the renewals records site http://portal.ncdenr.org/group/ir/stormwater-gp-renewals for the logs, and the
NCG16 log says this one was slated for auto renewal and paper mail out. But when I checked the paper packages from
Nov 2014, 1 don't find it. (The PDF search doesn't work, by the way — we must have just scanned these in — but that COC
is still not there). It's not in the Dec 2014 set that we sent because fees were paid, either. I'm not sure why we didn't
mail this out, but it doesn't look like it went out.
I did find the COC, though — it's in the PDF of NCG16 COPIES OF COCs, p. 95. So we made one for it because theirfees
were up to date at the time of renewal, but I don't think they contacted us about renewal when we originally reached
out to them.
BB, I guess we need to send out a package for this one? We must have overlooked it. Also, BIMS still has it "In review,"
so I guess it wasn't renewed in BIMS either. All fees are up to date, as far as I can tell in there. Maybe Laura can write a
quick letter with that old template and get it out.
Sorry about the oversight, Cory. It should be renewed. We'll have to take care of it in BIMS and get it out to the .
permittee.
