Your assistance was very helpful and appreciated during the inspection process. The following observations were made during the stormwater inspection: 1. ST Wooten Corporation, 12204 Cleveland Road, Garner facility produces Asphalt material. 2. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) for this facility contained all components required by NCG160000 with the exception of Part II, Section A, item 7 Plan Admendment in reference to plan review, update and list of significant spills occurring during the past three years. 3. The facility has one outfall. Outfall No. 1 receives stormwater from the north side of the facility site. Outfall No. I was accessible for sampling at the time of the inspection. 4. Documentation shows that Analytical and Qualitative monitoring had been performed as required by NCG 160000. 5. Analyticals were performed by Microbac and currently performed by SGS Analytical Perspectives. Samples are collected by the Plant Manager. Payment is to be made by check, money order, or cash in the administrative offices. 4. FILES MUST BE KEPT IN THE ORDER YOU RECEIVED THEM. Files may not be taken from the office. No briefcases large totes etc. are permitted in the file review area. To remove, alter, deface, mutilate, or destroy material in one of these files is a misdemeanor for which you can be fined up to $500.00. 5. In accordance with General Statute 25-3-512, a $25.00 processing fee will be charged and collected for checks on which payment has been refused. 6.
