Your assistance was very helpful and appreciated during the inspection process. The following observations were made during the stormwater inspection: 1. ST Wooten Corporation, 12204 Cleveland Road, Garner facility produces Asphalt material. 2. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) for this facility contained all components required by NCG160000 with the exception of Part II, Section A, item 7 Plan Admendment in reference to plan review, update and list of significant spills occurring during the past three years. 3. The facility has one outfall. Outfall No. 1 receives stormwater from the north side of the facility site. Outfall No. I was accessible for sampling at the time of the inspection. 4. Documentation shows that Analytical and Qualitative monitoring had been performed as required by NCG 160000. 5. Analyticals were performed by Microbac and currently performed by SGS Analytical Perspectives. Samples are collected by the Plant Manager.
