Enclosed please find a copy of the Stormwater Inspection Report for the
inspection, which Larry Frost and I conducted at your facility on June 28, 2006. The
facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NCG160016; however, as noted in the
Report, there are a couple of items that need to be addressed.

The facility was generally well maintained. A lock should be placed on the drains from the containment
basins. Work needs to be done on the SPCC plan and forms need to be in place for yourself -inspections.
