Your assistance was greatly appreciated. The inspection report is attached. Findings during the inspection were as follows: 1. Certificate of Coverage (COC) No. NCG150015 of NPDES general permit NCG150000 was issued to Oxford -Henderson Airport, to discharge stormwater runoff to Flat Creek & Tabbs Creek, Class B & C; NSW waters, in the Roanoke & Tar -Pamlico River Basins. 2. A stormwater pollution prevention plan was developed in January 2011. The plan has been implemented since. The plan meets the requirements of the general permit. Please be reminded to conduct employee training, review/update the plan at least annually. 3. The facility conducted its first qualitative monitoring in March 2011 at all five stormwater discharge outfalls (SDOs). The monitoring reports were reviewed during the inspection. 4. Adequate secondary containment was provided for the 250-gallon waste oil tank. Please pay attention to prevent aircraft wash water, which is identified as non- stormwater from entering the stormwater discharge system. All five SDO was observed during the inspection, they were well maintained and in good condition. This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended). Please take notice that this certificate of coverage is not transferable except after notice to the Division of Water Quality. The Division of Water Quality may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the certificate of coverage. Per the requirements of the Tar -Pamlico Riparian Buffer Rule, all stormwater drainage to stream buffers, from portions of this site that have been constructed after January 1, 2000, must be discharged through a correctly designed level spreader or another device that meets diffuse flow requirements per 15A NCAC 2B .0259.
