This N01 maybe an application to discharge process wastewater. NCG140000 contains effluent limitations for
process wastewater discharges. Wastewater discharges must meet the requirements of these effluent
limitations. An exceedence of any of these limitations will result in a violation of the permit conditions.

authority to sign documents has been assigned or delegated to the manager in accordance YvM corporate procedures.
(2) For a partnership or sole proprietorship: by a general partner or the proprietor, respectively; or
(3) For a munldpaiity, state, federal, or other public agency: by either a principal executive officer or ranking elected afficial.
