Inspection Summary:
Linda Wiggs and Susan Wilson were met on -site by Johnny Maroney and Mark Turner of Blue Ridge Concrete (they
happened to be actively grading the site when we were out there).
DWQ was reviewing the site in order to provide comments to Raleigh SWPU staff regarding issuance of the permit. The
site appeared to be graded as detailed in the plans. We discussed lining of the washwater basin, etc. They were going to
get back with Bethany (SWPU) about this.
We also discussed the construction stormwater permit with them.
DWQ will have a more thorough industrial stormwater inspection after the facility is in operation.
