As of 9-26-17, 1 have not seen them. No vehicle maintenance performed on site. I observed 2 outfalls. Both outfalls drain into the same big (12 acre) pond. All storm water drains into one big pond. The pond is very large and drains into Johnson Mill Pond of the Tar River Basin. Down stream water body is NSW-WS-IV. He needs to test at the actual discharge. This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended). The Division of Water Quality may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the certificate of coverage. This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the Division of Water Quality or permits required by the Division of Land Resources, Coastal Area Management Act or any other federal or local governmental permit that may be required. An Authorization to Construct treatment facilities has been issued concurrently with this COC. The Washington Regional Office, telephone number (252) 946-6481, shall be notified at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of operation of the installed facilities so that an in -place inspection can be made. Such notification to the regional supervisor shall be made during the normal office hours from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays. Upon completion of construction -and prior to operation of this permitted facility, a certification must be received from a professional engineer certifying that the permitted facility has been installed in accordance with the NPDES Permit, the associated Authorization to Construct, and the approved plans and specifications.
