The facility was found to be in Compliance with the permit at the time of the inspection. Observations and comments from the site inspection include the following: The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is not site specific. The plan needs to be written around your facility. The BMPs that are listed in the plan needs to be followed or they should be dropped from the plan. The BMPs for the vehicle/equipment fueling area need to be reviewed. The valve for the secondary containment structure was in the open position. This valve needs to stay in the closed position and locked. Oil stains around the fueling area needs to be addressed. The area around where you pour septic tanks contains oil spills. These spills need to be addressed. Also, you need to see if there is another release agent that is more environmentally friendly than fuel oil. Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for additional observations and comments.
