facility is a renewal? I'm basing this on the NOIs. The Henderson County

Hi Starr,
We've received NOIs from Republic Services of NC, LLC for two of their
sites (GDS-Hendersonville and GDS-Forest City) for coverage under NCG08 -
Transit & Transportation. These sites are involved in garbage
collection/hauling and recycling transfer, and have vehicle maintenance
(which triggers this permit requirement).
GDS-Hendersonville discharges stormwater to a UT to Mud Creek (Class C)
(and one outfall goes through Hendersonville's storm sewer). GDS-Forest
City discharges stormwater to Bracketts Creek (Class C). The NOIs are
attached.
Does the Asheville Regional Office have any concerns about issuing these
facilities a COC for this general permit'? If we don't receive any
objections, we'll issue the COCs in 30 days.

On November 4, 2014 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to rescind
your coverage under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG080782. In accordance with your request,
Certificate of Coverage Number NCG080782 is rescinded effective immediately.
Operating a treatment facility, discharging wastewater or discharging specific types of stormwater to waters
of the State without valid coverage under an NPDES permit is against federal and state laws and could result
in fines. If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge
permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We will be happy to assist you in assuring the
proper permit coverage.
If the facility is in the process of being sold, you will be performing a public service if you would inform the
