An inspection of the City of Wilmington Garage facility at 900 Fanning Road was conducted on November 24, 2009. This inspection
was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES Permit No.
NCGO80684. The City Garage does not appear to be located at 900 Fanning Street, which is the permitted location indicated in our
records. Please contact this office as soon as possible to advise the Division of Water Quality concerning the status of this facility. I
