Dear Mr. Morris:
The North Carolina Division of Water Quality conducted an inspection of the NC National Guard facility on
February 27, 2008. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in NPDES Permit No. NCG080500.
The facility appeared to be clean, well maintained and properly operated. The stormwater outfalls from
the site appeared to be in good condition with no evidence of sediment from the site or presence of any pollutants
of concern. This facility has ceased all operations and is currently for sale.
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan appeared to be thorough and compliant. The facility grounds
were evidence that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is being implemented. Attached is a copy of the
compliance evaluation inspection.
