Dear Ms. Moorhead:
The purpose of this letter is to officially inform your office of a change in the responsibilities for
environmental permits, testing, and emergency action plans at this facility. The previous contact was
Billy Stamey and he has left our facility for other employment opportunities. As of May 14, 2007 the
responsibility for maintaining water quality permits, (waste, storm, and drinking water) has been
