Willcox & Mabe Soil Solutions, PLLC (WMSS) is submitting all monitoring and reporting
requirements as specified in the above referenced permit for the Town of Morehead City,
North Carolina (Morehead City) on behalf of Morehead City. WMSS compiled this report
using data gathered during the compliance year from Morehead City. This data includes: 1)
Class A Annual Distribution of Marketing / Surface Disposal Certification and Summary
Form, 2) Annual Residual Sampling Summary Form, 3) Annual Pathogen and Vector
Attraction Reduction Form (503), and 4) Analytical Data.
Morehead City distributed a total of 47.21 Dry Tons of residual solids during the 2019
calendar year.
