A file review revealed that these facilities are already covered under the General Stormwater Permit for Timber Products (NCG210000)through Certificates of Coverage NCG210436,NCG210437,and NCG210439. At this time,there is no need to apply for new Certificates of Coverage. Please refer to the Settlement Agreement between Apex Nurseries, Inc. and the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality for specific monitoring and documentation requirements, in addition to those outlined in the NCG210000 general permit.
