Moore's BBQ is proposed on the 1.69 acre site. That Site Plan has already been submitted to and approved by City of Jacksonville. The Moore's restaurant will include 106 seats...... for a total requested flow of 4,240 gpd. The proposed sewer line is also intended to serve the adjacent 4.75 acre tract to the west. We are currently preparing a Site Plan for that site, that Plan to include 2 buildings ...... 1) a Dollar Tree (just what we need.... another one) and 2) a Family Dollar (yes..... another one). The combined area of the 2 planned buildings is 19,157 sf...... for a total requested flow of 1,916 gpd. Yes ..... A narrative would have certainly made the requested flow easier to understand. That said, please accept this email a BRIEF narrative. Let me know if you need any more details. Ps. Please take a look at the Site Plan and Plan Profiles...... specifically .... the proximity of DS 12 (i.e. storm drain inlet and Storm Drain Pipes K and Q to the proposed Sanitary Sewer. While we have a 5' lateral separation as measured C/L to C/L at that location, the true separation between the outside of the sewer pipe and the storm drain pipe will be LESS than 5'. In your opinion, does that sewer need to be DIP? ..... or is PVC adequate?
