Enclosed is a NPDES Permit Application for the renewal of NPDES Permit No. NC0076643. The current
permit was issued to the General Electric Company in Conover, NC for the discharge of water from a
groundwater remediation system. The existing permit expires on July 31, 2020.
The groundwater remediation system does not generate solids. Therefore, no sludge management plan is
required.
