Based on the HUC and Surface Water Classification websites (see below), it looks like the discharge point itself is actually in the Pasquotank River Basin, even if the UT does go to Bennett Millpond, which is in the Chowan. To confirm, the permittee was mistaken on the renewal application and the discharge actually goes to a UT to Rockyhock Creek (Bennet Millpond)? I looked through the permit history and it looks like the change you mentioned was made back on the 2008 permit. Just want to make sure it's right this go around. The ponds when they do discharge goes to an UT to Bennetts Millpond within the Chowan River Basin and not Pollocks Swamp in the Pasquotank River Basin. This was mistakenly changed under a different permit renewal, but the ponds have never discharged to Pollocks Swa m p. This office does not have any other comments. Thanks!
