The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Town of Spindale’s RLAP Annual
Report on 2/13/2020. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with
the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0013116. To complete the inspection,
the following information is needed:

1. 30-Day Bench Test: Please submit the bench sheets for the 30-day bench test in order to verify
calculations and test conditions.
