Dear Permittee:

The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Town of Waynesville Class A
Distribution Program Annual Report on 2/05/2020. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is
operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No.
WQ0013116. To complete the inspection, the following information is needed:

1. Distribution Amount: Please verify if distribution amounts are being calculated using metric or short tons.
Also clarify how the percent solids are determined for the entire year’s distribution.

2. Quarterly Fecal Monitoring: Please provide any fecal data collected for the fourth quarter.
