We are submitting this permit application for a daily flow of 16,100 GPD determined per the rules listed under 15A NCAC 02T .0114 that will be generated by the facility. The flow will be conveyed by approximately 7,337 feet of 12-inch gravity sewer that will tie into a manhole of the existing gravity sewer conveying flow to the Gum Fork Creek Lift Station (GFCLS). The GFCLS discharges to the Little Buffalo Lift Station and ultimately to the Big Buffalo Wastewater Treatment Plant (System Wide Collection System Permit Number: WQCS00047).
