Tony,
After a review of historic aerial imagery of the Vulcan Materials Company Lenoir Quarry and conversation with staff
from Vulcan Materials Company Lenoir Quarry, the Division has determined that unauthorized impacts to surface waters
and wetlands have occurred to jurisdictional waters. The Division is unable to approve the 401 application until these
impacts are accounted for. To account for these unauthorized impacts, please revise the impact table in the PCN to
include the impacts and resubmit this to me via email or the mailing address below.
