and contractors to conduct the land -disturbing activities on the real property awned by the undersigned
located at 808 Sequoia Ridge Drive, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, in order to access the culvert in the right
of way of Sequoia Ridge Drive. The Town will be performing stream bank maintenance in this vicinity.
