Town of Cleveland
The Town of Cleveland has one categorical industrial pretreatment permit Daimler Truck
North America, LLC. Included with this letter is the summary of monthly data for the
calendar year of 2019 for this discharge. The industry was in compliance with monthly
average limits all year.
In July 2018 the industrial permit was renewed and limits were adjusted to reflect actual
WWTP loading in pounds per day rather than concentration limits. This IUP was issued
for only a two- year period since the headworks was not completed, a renewal application
has been received and will be renewed prior to July 1, 2020.
