The wastewater design flow rates for the Lofts at Park Avenue are based upon the 15A NCAC 02T .0114 rules. This development will contain three 3-story buildings that contain a total of 39 single -bedroom apartments at 240 gallons per day (GPD) and one single -story leasing office at 50 GPD. The leasing office will be open for one shift a day and contain a maximum of two employees. The total daily design flow for this development is 9,410 GPD. This submittal is for the public portion of the project's infrastructure and consists of 44 linear feet of gravity sewer within the Park Avenue ROW connecting to the existing 8" gravity sewer infrastructure within Park Avenue. This submittal has a 0 GPD flowrate as the proposed flow is accounted for in a separate application for the private gravity sewer system. Included with this submittal are provided below: • Item B. Cover Letter (This Sheet) • Item C. Application Fee ($480.00) • Item D. Fast Track Application (Form: FTA 04-16) • Item F.
