At some point during the revised applications, we (1) did not include a note about temp fill for erosion control in hand clearing areas on the impact summary sheet that was on our original application. Due to hand clearing being reduced, the amount of temp fill in hand clearing areas went down but a portion (0.03ac) is still needed. Also, four impact amounts were not lined up with the correct impact (impervious dikes). Both of these have been corrected and are shown on the attached impact summary sheet (w/ and w/o notes showing the changes). Also when Brad issued the 404 below, the utility drawings (attached) were not included in the email though it looks like impacts were included with the verification. If you don't mind please check to make sure that we're authorized.
