NPDES permit 4 NCO034960 Alexander County The aquatic toxlcity test using flow- prapartionaI Composite samples of effluent discharged frorn the Schneider M111s, Inc. has been completed. Schneider Mills, Inc. has a permitted effluent disckiarge of 0,78 rnillion gallons per day (MCDI entering Put eddy Fork [reek �7Q10 of 1.4 CFS). whole effluent samples were collected on Decernber3 and Decembers by OriTuvia and facility representative, Darren Webb, for use in chronicCeriodophniarlubro pass -fail toxicity test. The test failed. Test results indicate that the effluent would be predicted to have water quality impacts.
