The aquatic toxlcity test using flow- prapartionaI Composite samples of effluent discharged frorn
the Schneider M111s, Inc. has been completed. Schneider Mills, Inc. has a permitted effluent
disckiarge of 0,78 rnillion gallons per day (MCDI entering Put eddy Fork [reek 7Q10 of 1.4 CFS).
whole effluent samples were collected on Decernber3 and Decembers by OriTuvia and facility
representative, Darren Webb, for use in chronicCeriodophniarlubro pass -fail toxicity test. The
test failed. Test results indicate that the effluent would be predicted to have water quality
impacts. Toxicity test information follows,

These samples were split and tested by R & Alabs, The chronit Ceriodophnia dubla pass/fail
test run by R & A Labs resulted in -a pass_ Raw data from the test performed by R & A tabs was
reviewed rand the sample collection and splitting process was also verified, We see no definitive
reason for a disagreeing result at this point; therefore, ATB omit accept the results obtained N R
& A Labs_ However ATB recommends another split test in the future if staff tune and resources
can accommodate it_ Please Contact us if you have any questions or If further effluent toxicity
monitoring is desired. We maybe reached at (9191743-9401.
