the CNA Holdings, Inc. (Ticona Facility) k3s been compl4�trsd. CNA Holdings, Inc. (Tiaona Facility)
has a Permitted e#fluern discharge of 0,45 million gallons Per day (MG D� entering Buffalo Creak
(7010of 20 US). Whole effluentsampleswere collected on December 10 and December 1� by
Ori Tuvla and facility representative Randy Turner for use in a chronic Ceriodaphnia dubig pass -
fail toxkity test. The test passed. Toxichytest information follows_
