While reviewing NOI# NCG020955 for J.C.Holton Sand pit, I noticed you have indicated you have two outfalls, a
dewatering outfall, an a stormwater outfall located in the same place. After reviewing your plans, it looks to me you
have only one outfall. Since the facility dewaters into a sediment basin, that basin will have comingled stormwater and
water from the dewatering process and therefore, that outfall is considered a dewatering outfall. Please correct page 5
of 12 of the NOI to indicate just a single dewatering outfall. You can send me the electronic copy via email.
