This property is located in Wake County off of Fairview Road. Attached you will find
the USGS map of the site, a survey plat provided depicting the stream location and 50
foot Neuse Riparian Buffer, and the Wake County IMAP of the property. The required
fifty (50) foot Neuse Riparian Buffer has been surveyed and is shown.
It is the intention of my client to construct a retaining wall outside of the protected 50
foot buffer [exempt under 15 A NCAC 02B .0233 (6)]. Please provide a letter of
concurrence explaining the provisions of exemptions for such construction outside of the
npanan area.
