Hey Gary,
We were hoping to touch base with you on Compass Pointe and the Shingletree project c/o Henry Bennett. For
Compass Point, we were seeing if you had any updates on how you were moving forward with it either through a NW or
an IP based on cumulative impacts? As for the Shingletree, have you issued this one already, and do you have a signed
map associated with the JD in the PCN?
I also want to check with you on the complaint that Creighton Brown sent to us in regards to potential unauthorized fill
and excavation within a wetland in a neighborhood adjacent to Jackey's Creek, off River Road. He was able to swing by
there this week, and it appears they need to get us involved.
