Dear Mr. Dow,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Mitigation Plan from the Division of
Mitigation Services (DMS) for the Boseman site (Site) in 2019, for review and approval under
15A NCAC 02B .0295 to be used as a buffer mitigation project in the Tar -Pamlico River Basin.
DWR reviewed the Mitigation Plan and provided comments and recommendations. DWR
received a revised Mitigation Plan that addressed all comments and recommendations. The table
below summarizes the timeline of the Mitigation Plan:
