D 2/11/2020 Project Location Old Wilkesboro Road & Bradley Farm Road, Statesville, NC 28625 Project Narrative Residence Housing Associates, LLC. is developing a single senior apartment building along with the associated parking, walking paths, and utilities. On -site stormwater will be managed using a pipe network and sand filter. The sand filter will be above ground and located at the southern side of the site. The outfall of the sand filter is at the natural low elevation of the site. The drainage area for the sand filter is 4.93 acres and the proposed built -upon area is 43%. The NCDEQ Stormwater Design Manual was used to design the proposed sand filter. The design calculations can be found in this report. A plan view of the sand filter and the details and notes to accompany it can be found in the construction documents on sheet C-5.1, SCM Plan & Details.
