In accordance with the Cargill, Fayetteville facility's Stormwater Discharge Permit
NCG060000,Part III, Section E, Cargill is submitting a Discharge Monitoring Report for
monitoring conducted in May of 2019.

Analytical monitoring results were within benchmarks for outfall FV001. Insufficient rainfall
event and lightning hazard prevented obtaining a sample collection for outfall FV005.
