This flow tracking report provides a list of each public wastewater collection system "Authorization to Construct" permit that was issued during the past ten years and indicates the project permit number, project name, the obligated wastewater flow that was allocated with each permit, the wastewater flow that has been made tributary to the WWTP and the estimated wastewater discharge that is not tributary to the WWTP. In 2019,.the City of Concord has issued a total wastewater discharge obligation of 241,855 GPD with a 14,400 GPD tributary wastewater discharge that will be treated and processed by the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) Wastewater Treatment Plants. The non -tributary wastewater discharge, obligated but not released, is 227,455 GPD. From 2006 through 2019, the City of Concord has a total obligated wastewater discharge of 4,216,228 GPD, a tributary wastewater discharge of 3,634,265 GPD that will be treated and processed by the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) Wastewater Treatment Plants and a non -tributary wastewater discharge of obligated but not released flow of 581,963 GPD. Please note that the City of Concord was approved on October 8, 2003 to issue permits for the construction and operation of new public gravity sewers, pump stations and force mains and modifications to proposed or existing public gravity sewer lines, pump stations and force mains located within the corporate limits and areas of extraterritorial jurisdiction that the City will own, maintain, and/or operate.
